Dealership had my vehicle for two months and lacks communication. Customer service use to be great at this place of business but is declining. If I didn’t have a second vehicle, I’d be in a rental vehicle to my own expense. I had to purchase a new transmission to “fix” my truck and didn’t have my vehicle more than 6 hours then had to return it via a tow truck to the dealership. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and seem like some type of courtesy would have been offered. After this is complete and my truck is running, I’d find a new dealership to service my vehicles and will share my story with family and friends.

I have been a loyal customer of Action GMC since 2013, purchasing both of my trucks here and consistently relying on your service department. Until recently, I have always had a positive experience with your team. However, my current situation has been deeply disappointing and frustrating. I brought my 2013 Yukon Denali in due to an issue and was informed that I needed a transmission replacement—a $6,000 job—, kept the vehicle for almost 2 months, which then led to two more transmissions being installed. Since February, my truck has been in and out of the service department repeatedly, with various maintenance issues that have not been resolved satisfactorily. I have had my vehicle for 10 plus years and always keep it updated on maintenance. Despite spending approximately $14,000 over the last few months, my vehicle remains unreliable and frequently returns with the check engine light on. One problem has seemed to have led to another, due to lack of proper repairs seemingly. Additionally, I was never offered any courtesy vehicle, or courtesy services during the extended repair periods, which has been very inconvenient. On my last visit, I was told the issue might be a vacuum leak, after the prior repairs consisted of replacement of cam shaft and lifters, then several days later I had to return my vehicle for repairs. I have left multiple voicemails for the General Manager but have yet to receive a response. As a long-standing customer, I feel my concerns are not being taken seriously. I am requesting that my vehicle be repaired correctly and returned to me in proper working order as soon as possible. I hope that we can resolve this matter promptly and restore the trust I have had in Action GMC for many years. Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.
